Everyone loves pumpkin spice flavored items in the fall, but for some reason once Christmas rolls around and then New Years we forget all about the deliciousness that is pumpkin pie flavors.

To satisfy my weekend craving for a slice of pumpkin-y goodness I created a protein shake, or smoothie that will remind you of the wonderful tastes of fall.

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except graham cracker crumbs in a blender, with lid on mix until well blended. If drink is too thick you can add water to create desired consistency.

  2. Pour into tall glass, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs add a straw and enjoy.
