Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line backing sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Clean sprouts by removing any yellow or discolored outer leaves; trim off ends and slice each in half.
  3. Place sprouts in bowl drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Add ginger, soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder in bowl with coated sprouts and toss until sprouts are evenly coated with spices.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until sprouts are tender when pierced with fork and some edges are dark and crispy.
  5. Toss with sriracha sauce just before serving.
